Explore Ocean Isle Beach
If you want to do more than relax and spend time at The Don, here are some of the local favorites in and around OIB!
Sharky’s is an Ocean Isle Beach landmark! When we first arrived on OIB 24 years ago, it was one of the only restaurants on the island. For years, it has been the place where locals and wanna-be-locals gather.
The Ocean Isle Fish Company restaurant and bar is open air, on the water dining at its finest. The same team that brought you the very popular OIFC Wing and Fish Company in Shallotte has expanded their footprint to Ocean Isle, bringing a commitment to excellence and creativity in the kitchen.
Take in the spectacular views of the intracoastal waterway while dining with friends and family.
Enjoy a drink at the covered outdoor deck bar perched on the top patio with sweeping views of Jinks Creek or dine outdoors in the gazebo overlooking the water. Just inside, our dining room features large windows with amazing views for those who to prefer to eat indoors. We’ll see you soon!
Our Ocean Isle Beach cafe is just a stones throw away from the ocean. Kick back on the porch with an iced coffee, grab breakfast with friends, or just come in to say hi for a latte. Whatever your prefer, we are here. Serving premium coffee, fresh, inspiring foods and genuine hospitality, this is your daily breath of fresh air.
Red Hare's 34N is all about experimenting and having fun brewing. We’re equipped with an ABS 10 BBL, two vessel brewhouse which can either knock out directly to one of three 10 BBL conicals or, weather permitting, can knock out to an elevated coolship. We built cedar plank walls around the coolship to help maintain various brettanomyces, lactobacillus, pediococcus, and whatever other fun strains of bugs we can capture. Barrel aging is also a constant adventure here with several various types of barrels constantly rotating our aging process.
Award winning restaurant in Little River S.C.
The very structure of The Parson’s Table is a patchwork of Carolinian history.
Originally the first Little River Methodist Church, the main dining room was built in 1885. Mr. H.W. Stone sawed the logs for the church and did such a good job that most of the original wood is still in the building; the flooring in the main dining room has since been augmented with siding sourced from a farm house built in the 1850’s, though it still conveys the hand hewn heart of pine floors.
A family-owned and operated waterfront Calabash seafood restaurant specializing in excellent seafood and raw bar items, mixed with a flavorful variety of mouth-watering beef, chicken and pork dishes, along with sandwiches and burgers all prepared in house every day using only the freshest and finest ingredients from local and regional suppliers and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean right outside our doors.
You are sure to find what you are looking for with ten televisions upstairs along with live music on the weekends. Seeing full moons on the water and sunsets at the Inlet View can’t be beat. So, where the road ends, the fun begins with good food, friends and entertainment. Whether you come on the road or by water, it is a great place to be and worth coming to again and again.
